I offer group classes in Beginning/Continuing and Intermediate level, Prenatal Yoga, Senior Yoga, Yoga for Cancer Patients. Childrens yoga from preschool age to teens has been a great experience for me these past few years. Also: onsite classes, retreats, workshops, and in-service programs. In a private individualized session we can refine your personal practice. I work throughout in SE CT.

My training with Kripalu, Yoga of the Heart, Viniyoga, allow me to offer the breadth and depth of the traditional teachings as well as the contemporary adaptations of the classic practices. Light-hearted yoga!

Yoga is a full-spectrum healing system. Reaching each level of the body, mind & heart, Yoga integrates all together to allow us to become whole and balanced, and more fully ourselves. My intention is to create a safe and comfortable way to practice for anyone who seeks Yoga's gifts.

I have received training in the therapeutic techniques of the Viniyoga tradition, and I look forward to the opportunity to help others discover the infinite benefits Yoga offers. I want all participants to feel welcome, at ease, at home with themselves and their environment. I hope to help others find comfort, joy and good health.

Group classes are generally scheduled in a six week session, which cost $66 for pre-registered students. Individual therapeutically oriented sessions begin at $75 per hour, plus travel time outside the Norwich area. Workshops, retreats or other information sessions are by arrangement.
